✦ Try and arrive 10-15 minutes before class.

✦ Dancers should enter the studio quietly before class begins in order to prepare their minds and bodies for class.

✦ If you are injured, inform your instructor before class begins.

✦ Please be careful and do not damage the floor, walls, mirrors, etc. If the studio decides that repair is necessary. Petit Allongé Bella NY will retained a designated contractor. You will be responsible for the repair expenses.

If there is an act that violates the rules, interferes with the operation of the classroom or disturbs the morals, the student will be forcibly dismissed and will not be allowed to participate in the class in the future.

Petit Allongé Bella NY will not tolerate and will take necessary and disciplinary action if you smoke, possess, sell, or use alcoholic beverages, narcotics, or illegal controlled substances on the premises of the studio and theater. The health or safety of another person is threatened or endangered by physical abuse, sexual abuse, threats, intimidation, coercion, and any other behavior. Harassing someone else, no matter if it is physical, sexual, oral, or written. Using race, color, religion, creed, sexual orientation, national origin, age, citizenship, or any other protected characteristic to discriminate against another person. 

Petit Allongé Bella, NY has been governed by the following rules and regulations to ensure a calm, secure, and productive atmosphere.1:Tattoos must be covered with make-up for performances. 2: Be respectful to your instructors or fellow dancers. 3:Compliance with the artistic decisions made by  Petit Allonge Bella NY facultys. 4:No loud and boisterous behavior in front of the building.5:No talking in class. No cell phone using in class. 6:Posting videos or photos taken during unauthorized rehearsals to your own social media accounts is prohibited. If you break any part of these rules and regulations, you run the risk of being reprimanded, suspended from class, or dismissed from Petit Allongé Bella NY.

We do not accept cancellation or refund. We will not be able to cancel or refund after payment in any case. 

Waiver and Release: I am aware that ballet dancing and the exercises associated with its unusual stress on the body and carry the risk of physical injury.

 

Petit Allongé Bella NY cannot be held responsible for any theft or injury that occurs in the studio.

Class schedules, membership rules, and other rules established by the school can be developed and revised by the company if it is deemed necessary.

 

In the event of a disaster or emergency, students will follow the instructions of the school staff.

 

If an injury or illness occurs during class, first aid will be provided, but in principle, the student will be responsible for any subsequent treatment.

 

The student must make the change to their address or emergency contact information as soon as possible if there is a change.

 

The school will decide on the casting of students for school performances. Students or parents are not required to submit any questions or complaints about casting to the school.

 

In the studio and in class, students will follow the instructions of their teacher in charge and strive to improve their ballet skills with courtesy and enthusiasm. Private conversations will not be allowed in the studio by students. Students will cooperate in keeping their surroundings tidy and the studio clean.

 

It is not permissible to record, photograph, or videotape within the facility. This is not applicable if permission from our company is obtained. It is prohibited to share information obtained from this school on social media, etc.

 

Students and parents agree that videos and photos, class scenes, performances, etc. taken by our company may be used on our company's social media.

 

This school has the ability to shut down or eliminate its facilities, limit or modify lessons in case of natural disasters, infectious diseases, new laws and regulations, administrative guidance, significant changes in social and economic conditions, or other unavoidable reasons.

 

If the studio is closed for the reasons specified in the preceding paragraph, our school may terminate the contract with all students, and students and guardians shall not make any claims against this, including claims for damages.

 

If the school is closed for the reasons mentioned in the previous paragraph, our school has the authority to terminate the contract with all students, and students and guardians cannot claim anything, including damages.

 

Our school may expel those who do not comply with the above regulations, those who are deemed to have no enthusiasm for ballet, or those who are deemed unsuitable as students.

 

<Changing rooms>

The only place to change should be in the designated changing rooms. Changing in other restrooms, etc. is not allowed. In case of theft, loss, or damage, the school will not be held accountable for any damage.

 

The following actions are prohibited for students and their guardians:

 

During class, it is not acceptable to engage in private conversation that causes inconvenience to other students, or act that does not follow the teacher's warnings. Acts that slander or physically abuse other students, teachers, pianists, staff, guests, the school, or the company. Acts that infringe or may infringe on the property rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of other students, the company, teachers, pianists, staff, or guests. Acts that are disrespectful towards all staff members in tone, conversation, or other behavior. Acts that interfere with the operation of the school or any acts that may infringe on other students or teachers. Stalker-like behavior, such as ambushing, following, or talking to teachers, pianists, staff, or guests.

 

Making other students, teachers, pianists, staff, or guests unhappy with using meetings, phone calls, letters, emails, social media, or other means without a valid reason.

 

Shouting or making strange noises, blocking the path of other students, teachers, pianists, staff, or guests are all examples of intimidating or annoying behavior.

 

Selling goods or engaging in business activities in the studio, lending or borrowing money, soliciting, political activities, or signature campaigns.

 

Taking classes despite being advised by a doctor to restrict exercise.

 

Taking photographs or recordings inside the facility without permission.

 

Disrupting rule within the studio.
